Can we fix all
faults remotely ?
No, not all faults can be fixed remotely,
however we aim to resolve at least 98%
of all accepted incoming remote fault
requests.
Who can connect
to my computer ?
Only staff at our offices can connect
remotely to your computer, all connections
are logged and reviewed internally by
adminstators. No one will connect to your
computer without a request from you first.
Can I really
be anywhere in the globe and ask for support
?
Yes, so long as you have internet access.
We can connect and offer help.
Do I have to
take out a monthly contract to get help
?
No, you can choose to simply pay on a
adhoc basis (see adhoc support).
